As above, with the addition of:
An on-line accommodation availability/booking system - see examples page. Easy administration via web page logon (from novice computer users upwards). Once set up, system is very low maintenance. Software will show at-a-glance status - available, booked or reserved - to potential renters. Ability to take deposits and/or full payments via PayPal*

Bespoke Web Package
All of the above + additional pages, photos, scripts, etc.
